By accessing xinop.com or purchasing any XINOP LLC service, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
XINOP LLC ("we," "our," "XINOP") provides Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) services including but not limited to: schema markup deployment, entity building, llms.txt implementation, content optimisation, backlink acquisition, and AI citation tracking. Services are described in detail on our pricing page and in individual service agreements.
Monthly subscription plans are billed in advance on the first day of each billing cycle. Prices are listed in Euros (€) and exclusive of applicable taxes. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers via Stripe. Invoices are sent automatically to the email address provided at signup.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via email to contact@xinopagency.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans: if you are not satisfied with your first 30 days of service, contact us for a full refund, no questions asked.
GEO Domination plan (300€/mo) carries a 30-day refund policy. Given our limited 8-slot capacity, cancellations within the first 72 hours of signup are fully refunded; thereafter the 30-day policy applies.
Delivery timelines are stated on the pricing page and in service confirmations. XINOP is not liable for delays caused by client failure to provide access to necessary accounts, websites, or content. Timelines are estimates and may vary based on domain complexity.
XINOP does not guarantee specific ranking positions or citation frequencies. AI citation patterns depend on third-party LLM training cycles outside our control. We guarantee measurable improvement in AI visibility signals within 90 days or a full refund will be issued. "Measurable improvement" is defined as at least one verified citation in ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI Overviews for a target keyword category.
All deliverables created by XINOP — including schema markup, content, and strategic documents — become your property upon full payment. XINOP retains the right to reference your brand as a client case study unless you expressly request confidentiality in writing.
XINOP's liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 30 days. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or algorithmic changes made by Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, or any other third party. SEO and GEO are inherently affected by external factors beyond our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Albuquerque, NM, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
